● Please note that if the knife hits it too hard, it may scratch the surface, cut the product, or damage the countertop.
● When cutting hard ingredients, place it on a thick cutting board.
● Use with care when handling slippery or hard ingredients.
● Do not place hot pots, etc. on it.
● Do not place it near a fire.
● The edges of the cutting board (scraper part) are thin and sharp for functional purposes, so be careful not to cut your hands or fingers.
● When grating with the grater, if the ingredients become small or fine, you may cut your hands, so stop when it is deemed dangerous. ● If a hard object such as a knife hits the grater, it may chip.
●When cleaning, be careful not to cut your hands on the grating part. Also, use a brush to remove any dirt from the grating surface.
●Avoid disinfecting with boiling water, and if you do use hot water, keep it below 80°C.
●Scrubbing with a scrubbing brush or polishing powder may cause scratches.
